Washington, D.C. — Congressman Eric Burlison (MO-07) today announced his vision for a new, patient-centered healthcare framework, MAHA, a two-part plan designed to lower costs, expand choice, and return control to American families.
“For too long, families have been stuck with a system that is too expensive, too regulated, and too unresponsive to patient needs,” said Rep. Burlison. “MAHA is a straightforward approach to make healthcare affordable again by empowering patients—not bureaucracies.”
Missouri State University’s football program has already earned six wins in its first FBS season, meeting the standard for postseason eligibility. Rep. Dear President Baker and Members of the NCAA Board of Governors,
I write in strong support of Missouri State University’s request for a Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) postseason waiver.
Led by Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY), Democrats are poised to shut down the federal government in the coming days, refusing to pass a seven-week stopgap funding bill to the Senate unless Republicans agree to a $1.4 trillion wish list.

JOPLIN, MO – Congressman Eric Burlison (MO-07) will host a Manufacturing Tour and Debriefing on Friday, September 26, 2025, at Missouri Southern State University’s Ron Richard Athletic Center (Building 42). Members of the media are invited to attend a lunch and debriefing session, followed by media availability for interviews.
The event will highlight ongoing efforts to strengthen domestic manufacturing, promote pro-growth policies, and gather insights from industry leaders and stakeholders across Missouri’s 7th Congressional District.
