WASHINGTON- Today, Congressman Eric Burlison (R-MO-07) and Rep. Harriet Hageman (R-WY-At Large) introduced the Undoing Nationwide Programs and Limiting Unnecessary Grants for Electric Vehicles (UNPLUG EVs) Act to rescind funding for the two electric vehicle charging station grants in the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act.

WASHINGTON- Today, Representatives Eric Burlison (R-MO-07) and Ron Estes (R-KS-04) introduced the Banning EPA’s Encroachment of Facilities (BEEF) Act, which will protect small family-owned meat and poultry processors from new Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations by prohibiting the EPA from finalizing, implementing, or enforcing a new EPA proposed rule entitled “Clean Water Effluent Limitations Guidelines and Standards for the Meat and Poultry Products Point source category.”

WASHINGTON - Congressman Eric Burlison (MO-07) along with Water Resources and Environment Subcommittee Chairman David Rouzer (NC-07) introduced the Judicial Review Timeline Clarity Act which will set a deadline of 60 days for entities to file a suit to challenge the issuance of a permit for discharge of dredged or fill material.

WASHINGTON- Today, Congressman Eric Burlison (MO-07) introduced the Achieving Choice in Education Act which would increase options for parents and encourage states to implement school choice policies. Senator Mike Lee (R-UT) is introducing the Senate companion to the bill.

WASHINGTON- Today, Congressman Eric Burlison (MO-07) introduced the Worker's Choice Act which would allow workers who opt out of a union in a right-to-work state to represent themselves before employers.

"The Worker's Choice Act allows employees the ability to negotiate for themselves the working conditions they will accept and will free them from being subjected to the terms of a union negotiated contract" said Rep. Burlison.
